Sobermaxx Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 9, 2026

Sobermaxx ("we," "the app") is a sobriety tracker built by an independent developer. This page explains what data the app collects, why, and how it's handled.

What we collect

By default, the app assigns your device an anonymous identifier — no name, email, or personal information is required to use it.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or browsing history.

How we use it

Solely to run the app's features for you: keeping your Premium subscription recognized if you're signed in, unlocking premium features you've paid for, and (only if you opt in) scheduling a local daily reminder notification on your own device. Your sobriety tracking data is used only by the app running on your own device — we have no way to use it for anything else, because it never reaches us.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers or use third-party ad or analytics SDKs. Your data is processed by these services on our behalf:

A note on sensitivity

We recognize that sobriety and recovery information is personal and sometimes sensitive. That's the reason it stays on your device rather than on our servers at all — it's used only to power the app for you, never for advertising or profiling, and never sold, because we simply never receive it.

Data retention & deletion

Your sobriety tracking data never leaves your device, so there is nothing on our end to retain or delete — clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes it completely and immediately, entirely on your own terms.

If you signed in, we do retain the name and email your sign-in provider shared with us, for as long as you use the app. To delete that account info, email support@rebbel.io from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it — we process these requests manually, typically within a few business days, and confirm once it's done. Billing records may still be retained by our payment processors (Stripe and RevenueCat) as required for their own tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations, independent of Sobermaxx.

Children's privacy

Sobermaxx is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
